I am not sure if I would call them sequeals... I prefer to think of them as demonic hallucinations from the 9 pits of hell sent to make me suffer XD

But yeah... there was a 2nd and 3rd movie.
I saw the 2nd one in theaters when it first came out and walked out of the theater a very pissed off 10-year-old.
I didn't bother to waste my time on the 3rd one, and I've been told that is for the best.

Damn that Sequelitis! *shakes fist*
